DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT
FOXCOL COMPANY SAS will send the product(s) purchased through our platform www.foxcol.com through SERVIENTREGA , and it will arrive at its destination according to the estimated time required by the transport company.
FOXCOL COMPANY SAS will be responsible in case of loss or non-delivery of the product by the transport company .
The delivery period will begin when the product is handed over to the shipping company.
Each product has a different preparation time before being delivered to the shipping company.
Products found in the country have a preparation time of up to 10 business days.
Products imported under exclusive purchase may have a preparation time of up to 40 business days.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Colombian national holidays. For purchases made on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or holidays on Mondays, delivery will begin the following business day.

EXCHANGE POLICY (ONLINE PURCHASE)

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011, the customer will have the right to withdraw from his purchase within five (5) business days following the delivery date of his order.
In this case, the customer must immediately return the product, along with notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, in the same condition as received: new, undamaged, with all tags and original packaging. The customer will exercise the right of withdrawal by sending an email to ventas@foxcol.com with the subject: withdrawal, sending the purchase and contact information, making the formal request for a return, certifying that the product is in the same condition as when it was received, to which a response will be given with approval and instructions on how to proceed.
